The Spark of an Idea
KEITHLEY was founded by a small group of passionate educators and professionals in Accra who saw a growing need for accessible, high-quality personal development programs. The initial vision was to create a space where young Ghanaians could build the confidence and skills to become future leaders.
First Official Workshop
After two years of meticulous curriculum development and research, we launched our first flagship "Confidence Catalyst" workshop. The overwhelming positive feedback from the initial cohort of 25 participants confirmed our mission and fueled our determination to expand our impact.
Expansion and Innovation
We expanded our offerings to include specialized courses in leadership and motivation, and we integrated our digital learning platform. This pivotal year also saw us establish key partnerships with local universities and corporations, broadening our reach across the nation.
